1. About Us
Ripple One Ltd (“Ripple One”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is a company registered in Scotland under company number SC756500.

Ripple One operates an online platform and website available at rippleone.ai and app.rippleone.ai (collectively, “the Platform”) that connects businesses and creative professionals for hiring, collaboration, and partnership opportunities.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users, including:
Businesses posting jobs or joining the partner marketplace.
Creatives building portfolios, applying for jobs, or showcasing their work.
Ripple One may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility and Account Creation
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Keep your login details secure and confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Ripple One reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
4. Services
Ripple One provides tools that enable users to:
Create profiles and portfolios.
Post or apply for jobs in the creative industry.
Join and be listed in the partner marketplace.
Communicate and collaborate through the Platform.
Ripple One does not act as an employer, recruiter, or talent agency. All agreements and transactions between users are made directly between them.
5. Payments and Pricing
Payments for job postings and partner marketplace listings are processed securely via Stripe.
Job Posting Fee: A one-time fee per job post, paid before publishing.
Partner Marketplace Listing Fee: An annual subscription for visibility within the marketplace.
Prices are displayed on the Platform and may change from time to time.
6. Refund Policy
Payments on Ripple One are processed securely via Stripe. Because listings (job posts and partner marketplace profiles) are activated immediately upon successful payment, refunds are generally not available once a listing has gone live.
However, we understand that things can change. Ripple One offers:
Job Post Refunds: If you have made a payment by mistake or experience a technical issue preventing your job from being published correctly, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Partner Marketplace Refunds: You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, refunds are not available.
To request a refund, please email support@rippleone.ai with your payment confirmation and a short description of the issue. Refunds, if approved, are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Ripple One reserves the right to decline refund requests if the listing has been successfully created, displayed, or accessed on the Platform.
7. User Content and Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they upload (e.g. portfolios, job descriptions, messages).
By posting on the Platform, you grant Ripple One a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote your content for the purpose of operating the Platform.
You agree that:
You own or have rights to the content you upload.
Your content does not infringe the rights of others.
Ripple One may remove content that violates these Terms or is inappropriate.
All Platform design, features, and trademarks are the property of Ripple One Ltd.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Post false information, spam, or offensive content.
Circumvent payment features or misuse Stripe integrations.
Copy or distribute Platform materials without permission.
Ripple One may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Ripple One provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any specific results from using the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripple One Ltd and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.
Ripple One may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
